The Orlando F.I.R.Expo and Exhibitor agree to indemnify and hold harmless each other from and against all claims, actions, causes of actions, or liabilities, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or resulting from any act undertaken or committed by either party pursuant to the performance of its obligations under this agreement, except for those actions or liabilities which are due to the misconduct or negligence of either party.
